About the Prints
What paper are the prints produced on?
All prints are produced on 250gsm Master's Edition archival matte paper — acid-free, FSC-certified, with a natural off-white tone and a textured matte finish. It has a substantial weight and feel, distinctly different from standard poster stock.
Are the prints made to order?
Yes. Every print is made to order and individually inspected before dispatch. We do not hold pre-printed stock.
Are framed prints assembled before dispatch?
Yes. Framed prints are delivered ready to hang. We offer a choice of frame finishes: Wood, White, Black and Metal.
What sizes are available?
Most prints are available in two sizes: 16″ × 12″ and 24″ × 18″, in both framed and unframed options.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days of purchase. International orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details on how to initiate a return.
My print arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us at office@imperialatlasco.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I request a specific map or historical work?
We are happy to discuss special requests. Contact us at office@imperialatlasco.co.uk and we will let you know whether a particular work is feasible for restoration and print.
Are these prints suitable for professional or commercial interiors?
